Seller and Product Information

Roots Copper is a brand of Roots Copper India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, which is the seller of record for all products listed on this site. Products are handcrafted from copper and brass in India using traditional techniques; minor variations in hammer texture, finish, and weight between individual pieces are normal and not considered defects. Product prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, with any delivery charges shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing or product errors, including after an order has been placed. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, refund, or delay.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds — including our commitment not to refuse a return for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods — are governed by our Refund Policy.

Grievance Redressal

Complaints about your order or these terms can be raised with our Grievance Officer, Hardik Bansal, at hello@rootscopper.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Roots Copper India Private Limited and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roots Copper India Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
