Is your copper food-safe?
Yes. Every piece is 100% pure, food-grade copper with no lacquer or lining, so it's safe for daily drinking water use.
How do I clean my copper vessel?
Rinse after every use and wash weekly with a lemon-and-salt paste or a mild copper cleaner. Avoid dishwashers and harsh detergents. See our full care guide for details.
Why does my copper darken over time?
Natural tarnishing is a sign of genuine, reactive copper doing its job. It's cosmetic, safe, and easily restored with a light clean.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 days depending on your location across India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking through our secure checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over ₹1500. Below that, a flat ₹79 fee applies at checkout.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup or share drop-off details.
